We have created a simple six-step process to help you explore the Design Center and select the perfect materials for your project:
Step 1: Select Your Living Space
Choose the living space(s) you want to include in your basement remodel, such as a living room, kitchenette, wet bar, theater room, bathroom, gym, or any other space that fits your needs.
Step 2: Select Your Cabinet Color and Style
If your project includes a wet bar, dry bar, kitchenette, or kitchen remodel, start by selecting your cabinet color and style.
Step 2: Choose Your Countertop
After selecting your cabinets, move on to choosing your countertop. You will be able to compare and contrast different options by looking at them next to your cabinet sample.
Step 3: Explore Tile Options
Next, explore our wide range of tile options, including backsplash and floor tiles. Makenzee can help you find the perfect tile to complement your cabinets and countertop.
Step 4: Choose Your Flooring
Selecting the right flooring is essential for any basement remodel. Our Design Center features both hard surface and carpet options. We recommend selecting the material that will be used the most first, and then choosing other materials that complement it.
Step 6: Finishing Touches
Last but not least, it’s time to select your finishing touches, including hardware and fixtures. You can either match them with the plumbing and lighting fixtures in the rest of your house or choose something new to give your space a unique touch.
